ABOUT

For the first time moms or moms looking to find connection with themselves again. Learn who they are as a mom and who they want to become.

Becoming a mom is a big transition and one that you either have thought about a lot leading up to it with an ideal vision of what it looks like or you feel thrown into this new role without that leading up to it. Either way, we learn to give ourselves grace, time to heal, and quickly learn that taking care of ourselves is just as important as caring for baby.

Creating a group like this comes from seeing the need for community and cheerleaders to show up with in this new journey of motherhood. This is something that took me a long time to learn and accept as a mom. Not having a support group with my first baby led to PPD, PPA, and PP OCD which was harder to identify without that community element. When you are in the thick of not sleeping well and adjusting to baby, it is easy to forget about your needs too. We will connect and gain techniques that help along that way with mindfulness, being in nature, and learning about newborn and self-care as a new mom.
