  • 24 hour on-call support (call/text) during the 3 weeks prior to due date through 6 weeks postpartum

  • Support during Labor & Birth (Vaginal or Cesarean)

  • Access to local resources

  • Use support hours throughout your pregnancy and up to 1 year postpartum

(free) Doula Services

Teen Pregnancy Support

This includes a 30 minute virtual consultation to create a plan of support. This support may be to create a birth plan, provide in-person doula birth support, or a visit to guide you through birth, postpartum, and newborn care.

Bereavement Support

Having a guiding and grounding support there to listen after and/or when you are experiencing a loss can be so helpful. This is something that is often times just done alone and in private. Whether you are looking for specifics on steps to take during a miscarriage or looking for support in the immediate postpartum period — Please reach out if you would like support as you navigate this time. This includes a 30 minute consultation and 1-2 in-person visits, along with text/call support.

Payment Options

Don't let the cost of Doula care prevent you from receiving the support you and your family need during your baby's birth.

I am a Washington State and Oregon Health Authority Certified Doula and certified as a Traditional Healthcare Worker which allows me to accept insurance. If you have Medicaid you have no out of pocket expenses. Many companies offer to cover doula services so please check in with your company or health plan to see benefits.
