Birth Doula Packages

Whether you're planning a hospital, home, or birth center delivery, we provide grounded, personalized support. All clients receive prenatal, postpartum, and labor support, as well as a birth class.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remainder is due at 35 weeks. If you would like a custom payment plan, please specify when booking.

    Everything you need to feel prepared, supported, and cared for from mid-pregnancy through early postpartum.

    What's included:

    • Everything included in our Essential Package

    • An additional 2 hour Prenatal Visit

      • Birth planning, partner coping techniques, and postpartum preparation

    • 2 additional 2-hour Postpartum Visits during the first month postpartum

    • Advanced comfort tools: TENS unit, rebozo techniques, aromatherapy

    • Enrollment in our 2-Day Express Birth Class OR 4-Week Series (your choice!)

CHECK YOUR BENEFITS
Many Corporations have added doula care as a paid benefit. If you work for Nintendo, Microsoft, Target, Red Bull, Walmart, or CVS Health, contact your Human Resource Department to learn if you qualify for this benefit.

Upon selecting your doula, you will be asked to provide your Medicaid ID and insurance card.

    • Initial Prenatal Visit — 2 hours

    • Up to 18 hours are available for prenatal or up to 1 year postpartum

    • Attendance to our Breastfeeding 101 Class

  • Doula Support for 6 weeks Postpartum:

    • Free Video Consultation

    • Initial Prenatal/Postpartum Visit (2 hours)

    • Texting support with your doula

    • Weekly check-ins

    • 12 Postpartum Visits (3 hours each)

    • Attendance to our Breastfeeding 101 Class

  • What Is an Overnight Postpartum Visit?
    Overnight support is designed to give new parents the rest they desperately need while your baby is in the hands of someone who truly cares. Our Postpartum Doulas step in so you can sleep, recover, and wake up feeling a little more like yourself.

    Overnight Visit Details

    • 9-hour minimum per visit

    • $60 per hour

    • Starting at $540 per overnight visit

    • Visits typically run from approximately 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (flexible to your schedule)

    • Available for newborns and infants

    What's Included

    • Newborn care so parents can sleep uninterrupted

    • Infant feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle, or pumping)

    • Diaper changes and soothing

    • Baby tracking (feeds, diapers, sleep) so you wake up informed

    • Light newborn laundry as needed

    • Emotional support and reassurance for new parents

    • Postpartum education and newborn care guidance

    Customizable Packages

    All packages are tailored to your unique needs and schedule. Options include:

    • Single Night — 1 overnight visit (9 hrs, $540)

    • Starter Package — 3 overnight visits (save when you bundle)

    • ⭐️ Recovery Package ⭐️ — 5 overnight visits (ideal for the first two weeks)

    • Full Support Package — 10 overnight visits (comprehensive newborn support)

    • Build Your Own — choose your number of nights and hours; pricing determined at consultation
