  • Postpartum doula support meets families where they are—honoring each family's rhythm while offering practical help, reassurance, and skilled hands-on care. We celebrate the small victories, create a calm container so parents can recover, bond, and grow into their new roles with confidence.

    Apple Health covers up to 18.5 hours postpartum.

    OHP, OEBB, and PEBB cover up to 6 visits postpartum.

    Postpartum Support Hours: $50/hr

    • 40 hours — $1,700
