Spotify on Repeat: Always Red Hot Chili Peppers, Eddie Vedder’s solo stuff, America, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Depeche Mode, R.E.M., XTC, and Joni Mitchell. My kids are currently obsessed with the Coraline soundtrack, so that’s on constant repeat too.

Go-To Drink: Grape Propel. Grape Celsius if I’m feeling wild.

Early Bird or Night Owl: Definitely a night owl.

Hobbies: Drawing, thrifting, cooking, hiking, interior design, reading, learning, people-watching, and contemplating life.

Introvert or Extrovert: A little of both (50/50).

Favorite TV Shows: Severance, Breaking Bad, Malcolm in the Middle, Gilmore Girls, The Office (of course), and Psych.

Favorite Season: A rainy fall.

Ideal Birth Location: The Twilight honeymoon house on the island.

What Would Be on Your Labor Playlist? Dirty Dancing happened to be playing on the hospital TV during my first birth, so I found myself singing “I’ve Had the Time of My Life” between contractions. I reminisced about it during my second birth and ended up singing it again. Definitely not what I would’ve chosen, but at this point it feels like tradition.

Three Words Your Clients Would Use to Describe You: Reassuring, authentic, and down-to-earth.

What’s Always in Your Doula Bag: Herbal tea blends, lip balm, snacks, a journal, and Tiger Balm.

Favorite Food: Yogurt in any form, fresh fruit, sushi, and chocolate, of course.

Favorite Scent: Tomato plants, rain, pine forests, and patchouli.

Mountains or Beach Vacation? Mountains—as long as there’s a good spot to swim.

Favorite Vacation: The camping trips I took as a child will always have a special place in my heart.

Job if You Weren’t a Doula: I’d probably be a children’s book author/illustrator. I’ve always been drawn to creative, nurturing work—whether that’s supporting women, cooking, herbalism, or helping people feel cared for. (Or, let’s be honest… a professional ice cream taste tester!)
