As you get ready to welcome your baby, you might be feeling a mix of excitement, overwhelm, and maybe a bit of fear about what’s to come.

Bookings include attendance for both you and your partner at our birth classes run by doulas and childbirth educators. Co-taught by Jess Nelson, owner of Womb Within, and TaKara St. Clair with Rooted Rebel Birth Services.

Includes: Digital Resource Pack including all the info we discussed, additional learning materials, labor strategies list, partner support guide, milk storage tips, and more.

Session 4: Immediate Postpartum, Newborn Procedures, Newborn Basics, Breastfeeding/Pumping/Formula Basics, Soothing Baby, Safe Sleep
