Overnight Postpartum Packages

Each package includes an initial in-home visit before establishing care with a postpartum doula.

Overnight Support — 2 Week Package

Initial Consultation In-Home Visit
This package isn't limited to the newborn stage. Whether you're two weeks postpartum or eight months in, any parent navigating the postpartum period can book this support — whenever you need it most. Struggling with sleep, recovering from a hard stretch, adjusting after a partner goes back to work, or just need a reset — this package meets you where you are.

8 overnight shifts (9 hours each) | $58/hr (saves $144 vs. base rate)
Initial Consultation In-Home Visit
A full month of overnight support to help you rest, recover, and settle into your postpartum days with more ease. With a doula present two nights each week for four weeks, you get consistent, dependable care to lean on as you find your rhythm.

This service is designed for parents who may be struggling with nursing or have questions about their newborn. In this call, we will talk about what is going on, what’s to be expected, and when to seek help. We agree on next steps, if necesarry. This option is ideal for new parents looking for reassurance, clarity, and guidance on whether additional lactation or newborn support would be helpful.

Experiencing pain while breastfeeding in common, but it is not normal. There are many reasons why you might be experiencing pain - from a simple fix to something a bit more complex. You don’t have to figure it out alone. We will review your history, discuss your symptoms and when you experience them, then come up with a plan together that feels right for you.
Visit is approximately 60-90 minutes
Some issues with the breastfeeding dyad will need more than one session to fully improve or reslove; or a subsequent concern needs to be addressed . This follow-up consult is for those who have already seen me with an itital visit and need in-person follow-up care. In this visit, we assess together what has been working and what we may need to adjust.
I follow up with you to see how things are improving, and you also have access to me via text or call!
Approximately 60 minutes
This includes:
- 1 Initial Visit ($120 value)
- 2 follow-up visits ($80 value)
These visits do not expire and you can use them for more than one child! An example would be: first visit for perinatal education, second visit in the immediate postpartum to assist with latching, and a third latch at 8 months to assist with weaning.
